Welcome to our school!

Carrington Junior is a two-form entry junior school with an additional resource provision (ARP) for 8 autistic children. The school is situated at the edge of Flackwell Heath village and enjoys a semi-rural location. The site was originally owned by the Carrington family and was a cherry orchard – hence our logo.

We believe children should be successful learners who enjoy learning and gain the essential skills that will prepare them to be happy, healthy, confident individuals, who will evolve into responsible citizens of the future. Our fun, inclusive and ambitious curriculum enables our children to achieve to the best of their ability and be ready to succeed in the next stage of their learning.

If your child is to join us for the first time, we welcome you as parents/carers and look forward to a happy and successful partnership over the coming years.

If you already have a child who has been part of Carrington Junior, we are pleased to renew the links between us. Confidence in a school comes from knowing and understanding what is happening within it and welcoming parents/carers into our school is very important to us.
